Promotion and Tenure Review Committee

The Promotion and Tenure Review Committee conducts comprehensive review of the promotion and tenure system for faculty at St. Edward’s University and provides recommendations for updating and improving all phases of the promotion and tenure process.

Members: One full-time faculty member chosen by each of the schools and three at-large members, one of whom serves on the graduate faculty. Members to serve for staggered, two-year terms.

Note: In spring 2022, the seat formerly drawn from GPS (which was classified as a school for committee purposes) was converted into an at-large graduate seat.

Selection and Terms. Staggered, two-year terms.
