With every sentence written, an entire universe is created: Our values and preferences, where we draw the boundary line between “right” and “wrong”. Our words take a stance on reality.

My writing featured on this site is an extension of myself, inspired equally in part by my academic career as an English Writing and Rhetoric Major at St. Edward’s University, and as a yoga teacher and student.

My words are prayer. My practice is my life. Bringing the two together, I share my own little universe with the world.
