King Saudi Bin Abdulaziz

  • Second King Of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • He was a king for 11 years 1953-1964
  • well-known as the most generous king
  • He had intentions to fix the country economically

Reflection:

King Saud was the most generous king that Saudis have ever had. Everyone in the country loved him,  His era as a king, Saudi Arabia faced a lot of development in the country Education-wise. For example, during his era, Saudi Arabia had opened the first university in the country “King Saud University” which is one of the most important universities in the region nowadays.

Isolated from the authority

  • In 1964, King Faisal ‘the third king’ took a charge of Saudi Arabia
  • King Saud left for Athens.
  • died after 4 years from his isolation
  • all the royal family agreed with this decision.

Reflection:

As I mentioned earlier, King Saud was well known by his generosity. for that reason, all the royal family stepped up and were against him in a lot of decision he made for the country. So all his brothers agreed on removing him from authority and manage the country economically and financially in a right way.
